Temper rolled strips

Grades
Stainless steel type 301
Designation: X10CrNi18-8 / EN 1.4310 / S30100 / AISI-301
Type 301 is an austenitic Stainless Steel that provides high tolerance and a good ductility when cold worked.
The Chromium and nickel contents are lowered to increase the cold work-hardening index working in cold. This generates higher tensile strengths to be achieved by rolling with a lower loss of ductility.
The grade is NON magnetic but becomes more magnetic when cold worked compared to other austenitic stainless steels.
Thickness
From 0,15 to 1,00 mm
Maximum width
650 mm
Applications
Typical uses include:
- Flat and spiral springs
- Tension springs
- Tools
- Hose clamps
- Structural parts
- Trucks & superstructures
- Tableware, household
